We have established partnerships with farming cooperatives across key agricultural regions in Uganda, including the robusta-growing regions of Central and Western Uganda, the sesame-producing areas in the North and East, and the vanilla belt in the Southwest. This wide network allows us to ensure consistent supply and quality.
How does your company ensure quality control and consistency?
Our quality control is a multi-stage process. It begins at the farm level with agronomic training. After harvest, produce is brought to our processing centers where it undergoes meticulous sorting, cleaning, drying, and grading using modern equipment. This ensures every shipment meets the specific standards agreed upon with our international buyers.
What certifications do you hold for your processes and products?
We are certified under the Ugandan National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) and comply with all international phytosanitary regulations for export. We are also actively working towards UTZ/RA and Organic certifications for specific product lines. We can provide detailed documentation and certificates upon request.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The process is straightforward: 1) You send us an inquiry with your product specifications. 2) We provide a quotation and samples. 3) Upon agreement, we issue a proforma invoice. 4) After payment terms are settled, we execute the order, from sourcing to processing. 5) We handle all logistics and provide full shipping documentation.
How do you handle logistics and export documentation?
We have a dedicated logistics team that manages the entire export process. This includes inland transportation, customs clearance, and securing all necessary documentation such as the Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, and Bill of Lading. We ensure a seamless and compliant door-to-port service.
